(TNR) is an effective way to stop the endless breeding cycle of feral cats. It’s in the best interests of people and cats. When we humanely limit the cat population by spaying and neutering, we are helping to end the suffering of cats that die of starvation or end up being euthanized, i.e. killed every day in county shelters. Once male cats are neutered, a lot of fighting, spraying and roaming behaviors are eliminated. |
